All about that pumpkin – Treverbyn Community Hall, St Austell (19th October 2022)
From carving and cooking to drying the seeds this workshop will guide you through all you need to know about the great pumpkin! –  FREE (reserve a ticket)

 

Frankenstein’s Oktoberfest – The Britannia Inn, Par (21st October 2022)
An Oktoberfest themed party with Live music from Devil’s Hat Band. Fancy dress is encouraged! – £15 A TICKET (includes a pasty).

 

Lobbs Autumn Fest 2022 – Kids Pumpkin Picking, St Austell (22nd until 29th October 2022)
It’s time for the pre-Halloween Pumpkin Picking event at Lobbs Farm Shop! – Tickets are £8.00 each. You’ll need one ticket per pumpkin picking child and children must be accompanied by at least one adult. Accompanying adults go free.

 

Halloween at the Shipwreck Treasure Museum, St Austell (22nd until 30th October)
The museum has completely transformed into a spooky Lantern trail! Are you brave enough to wander through the dark corridors and listen to the spooky stories along the way?

Fancy dress is highly recommended and a special prize for the best Halloween costume will be announced for all those who wish to take part. Adult Ticket (Over 18)– £12.50, Child Ticket (5 – 17)– £8.00, Under 5’s – FREE, RGS Members – £8.00

 

Lowender Peran Festival at Redruth (22nd October until 29th October)
Celebrating the distinctive heritage of Cornwall’s traditional music, dance, songs, storytelling and Celtic links to Brittany, Ireland, the Isle of Man and Scotland.

Cucurbit Carving Competition, The Lost Gardens of Heligan (22nd until 28th October)
Heligan Gardens has invited you to carve not only pumpkins, but any type of cucurbit! The winner will be announced on Saturday 29th October and will receive tickets to Winter Night Garden Lantern Event 2022!

Corn Making, Foraging, Marshmallow & Apple Toasting, and many more events are also available for booking at Heligan’s Harvest Celebration.

 

Paradise Park’s Spooktacular Half-term (22nd until 30th October 2022)
Creepy crawlies, a pumpkin trail, the Jungle Express Train, the Dracula Parrot, an Indoor Play Centre, and much more! – Advised to pre book online!

 

Harvest Fun at Wheal Martyn Clay Works, St Austells (25th until 27th October 2022) (1st until 3rd November 2022)
This October half term, enjoy a range of exciting harvest activities at Wheal Martyn. There will be lots on offer such as making autumn baskets, crowns and wreaths, basket weaving, corn dolly making, painting bug houses and piskie doors! – £1 to £4. Museum admission still applies.

 

Autumn Family Fun at Stithians Lake (28th October)
Come and join our Environment Rangers at Stithians on Friday 28 October for a family activity day, including autumnal crafts, cooking some sumptuous treats around the campfire and maybe even some spooky twists. – Adults £2 and children over 5 £3. Under 5s go free and all ages welcome. Booking is essential, all attendees must book tickets.

 

Grave in the Cave – Halloween Special, Newquay (29th until 30th October)
Newquay’s biggest Halloween night is back with 4 live bands, rock DJ’s til 3am and fancy dress a must! – Tickets advance: £8.50, On the door: £10

 

Trick or Treat Week at Flambards (Saturday, 22nd – 30th October 2022)
Tackle the Pumpkin Trail and join in with Flambards’ first ever Halloween Parade! Extended opening, experience rides after dark, family entertainment, live music and an award-winning fireworks display!
