The Kingfisher boasts luxurious furnishings and a well thought out design, including a comfortable sofa bed located in the lounge, offering additional sleeping space for guests. Adding to your comfort, the holiday home comes with double glazing and central heating throughout as standard, ensuring a cosy and warm stay regardless of the weather outside.

Equipped with ramped access, our Finch accessible holiday home is designed with accessibility in mind. It features contemporary décor and furnishings that blend comfort with style. The unit is more spacious than traditional holiday homes, with widened access areas to accommodate wheelchairs.
This holiday home offers two bedrooms, and a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge, making it an ideal choice for groups of 4-6 people, and the bathroom features a wet room design, providing a safe and convenient bathing option, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests.
In addition to the indoor space, the Finch model also offers an outdoor decking area, complete with garden furniture, perfect for relaxing in the fresh Cornish air!

Charlestown Beach (6.5 Miles)
Charlestown Beach is an accessible small south-facing, sloping pebble and shingle beach beside the historic Grade II Listed Charlestown Harbour near St Austell. Sit on the beach and take in the views, and before you leave, make sure to take a look around the quaint and unspoilt harbour!
St. Austell Brewery (5.5 Miles)
The museum is located on the second floor with lift access from the first floor. Explore St Austell Brewery’s Visitor Centre and learn the fascinating story of their pubs, beers, wines and spirits and the Cornish families who created them over the years. The Visitor Centre provides a large free-of-charge customer car park with 52 spaces and 2 designated disabled parking areas which are clearly signed.
