Exciting updates with our beautiful fishing lakes…
We are pleased to share that we have been working hard to improve our beautiful fishing lakes and make them an even better experience for our visitors!
We have had plenty of new, healthy Carp that has been introduced to lake 2 and 3, which join the existing stocks of Carp, Perch, Tench, Bream and Rudd.
As well as this, we will be implementing a new Reed Bed to Lake 1 this season. This should create a ‘silt trap’, which naturally manages the general health and upkeep of the lake, including improving the water clarity, which is then filtered through to all other lakes. Meaning an overall healthier and better life for our fishy residents!
We also hope that the introduction of fresh Carp to lakes 2 & 3, will encourage our fishing enthusiasts to be able to successfully fish at all of our lakes, meaning that our current most popular and readily stocked Lake, Lake 4, can revitalise!
Fun fact: The largest Carp caught on record so far was a whopping 26lb! Can you beat that?!
