Spooktoberfest at The Working Boat, Falmouth | 25th – 27th Oct
A weekend packed with German traditions, eerie fun, and all things spooky at their Halloween-themed beer festival! From dressing up competitions to chilling quizzes, as well as a German inspired menu (think loaded bratwurst hot dogs and chicken schnitzel to keep you going throughout the weekend), this is a totally free event you can really get your fangs stuck into.
Halloween Maze of Horrors, Cornish Maize Maze, Saltash | 26th Oct
The Halloween Horror Maze is a guided path through the maize maze, featuring scare zones with live actors. It’s not for the faint of heart and takes about 15 minutes to finish. Starting at 6 pm, with timed ticket entry – advance booking is required.
Pat’s Film Club A Nightmare on Elm Street, Truro | 31st Oct

Bodmin Jail, After Dark Halloween Special | 31st Oct – 1st Nov
This Halloween, venture into the shadows of Bodmin Jail, one of the UK’s most haunted sites. After past events’ success, they invite you to a night where the line between worlds blurs, and spirits may stir. From dusk until midnight, small groups will explore Bodmin Jail’s dark corners, guided by paranormal experts. Investigate supernatural mysteries using our equipment or your own, if you dare. Whether you’re new or experienced in ghost hunting, all are welcome. At night’s end, you’ll gather to share findings and contribute to the ongoing research of the jail’s haunted past.
